Class Packages
YOGA FLOW
-5 classes for $190 (save $30)
-10 classes for $350 (save $90)

*you can mix & match these classes in a package. For example, you can get a 5 class pack with 3 breathwork/meditation classes, one chair yoga, and two yin yoga classes. Choices must be made upon time of purchase and can not be changed after bought.

**all class packages must be paid in full prior to first session/class. Full refund if requested before the day of the first class, 50% refund if requested on the day of or after the first class, no refund if requested after the third class.

Yoga Flow
60 minutes
60 minutes of a yoga flow that will connect body and mind. Gain mental clarity, increase body awareness and flexibility, let go of stress, increase blood flow, improve lung and heart health, lift your mood, and so much more.
The focus and intensity of the session depends on what you want out of the class as well as your experience.

Yin Yoga
45 minutes
Stretch out and release stress with Yin Yoga. In this slow paced class, you will hold postures (asanas) for a longer period of time, taking you out of your comfort zone and allowing the body to target deep connective tissue and fascia. Fascia often becomes dehydrated and stiff due to our lifestyle and aging. Through Yin Yoga, you can restore this fascial fluidity, have a larger range of movement, and increase flexibility.

This class is done entirely on the floor with passive postures being held for anywhere between 3-10 minutes.

Tarot Reading

Gain insight on your life path (past, present, or future), answer questions, manifest your goals, and/or gain counseling through a reading. These readings can also help you gain clarity, understanding, and inner wisdom as Ally taps into the collective mind in order to offer you this guidance and clarity.

To book a reading, email yogionpointe@gmail.com and you will be sent a short questionnaire in order to learn what exactly you are seeking to learn/gain. Ally will then do your reading and within a week you'll receive a report of the tarot reading along with an oracle card to add to the clarity of the reading.

Breathwork/Meditation
45 minutes
Customized 1:1 breathwork and meditation practice.
Each session is custom designed to meet what your body and mind needs most. You will learn how to do various pranayama (breathing) exercises and what their benefits are.
With each session you will:
-learn how to manage and influence your emotions in order to live a proactive, not reactive, life
-decrease stress
-raise your energy
-activate parasympathetic nervous system
-open your third eye

Connect to the here and now in this half-hour of mindfulness. Become more compassionate, aware, and patient through connecting to the present moment. You will also learn a bit about what mindfulness is and some of the amazing science behind it.

This class is perfect for the beginner yogi, the elderly, the student or worker that wants the tools to bring movement into their work life, and anyone and everyone else. Learn how to bring calmness and clarity into your mind while giving the body movement all while seated in your chair.

Recorded Meditation
10 minutes
Enjoy a personalized meditation pre-recorded video that you can pull up to watch whenever you need to connect with your inner-self and activate the parasympathetic (rest & digest) nervous system. These meditations can be energizing or relaxing, bring masculine or feminine (yin or yang, lunar or solar) energy, manifest a desired future, etc. After discussing more about what you are looking to receive, I will get started on your meditation and send it via email, WeTransfer or Dropbox within approximately 1 week.
