Hello angels! Here's a little bit about me. I am 21 years old and in my third year at Oregon State University working towards a nutrition degree. I spent half of my high school years living in Russia, during which I got my TKRI B1 Russian language certificate. In 2018, I became the first Mexican American graduate of the Bolshoi Ballet Academy. I have been vegan for 4 years and I absolutely love to travel.

 

     I am a 200 hr RYT and my other certifications/ teaching qualifications are the following: Rainbow Yoga for Kids 95 hour teacher training for yoga for kids and families, the Academy of Breath 35 hour certification to teach breathwork and meditation, and the 30 hour Mindfulness Certification Training (MCT) to teach science-based mindfulness.
